Are you the structured and serviceminded person we are looking for? We are seeking a Business Support for technical sales and support. The position is full-time and permanent, and you will be directly employed by Densiq.

Your tasks include ensuring that customers get the products and services they need from our range. You will assist and support sales teams in Finland and Sweden to succeed in their roles. You will spend 50% of your working time with Finnish customers and 50% with Swedish customers.

Your tasks include:

– Order processing

– Quotations

– Purchasing

– Service orders

– Follow up deliveries

– Cross-functional collaboration with Production

– Invoicing

– Maintaining and updating product and customer information

– Communicating with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat)

– Calculating prices

– Calculating products from customers drawings

As a Business Support, you will always have multiple tasks on the go, so you will need good stress tolerance, organizational skills, and self-acting. We hope that customer service is your passion and that you want to do your best for the customer within short deadlines. To succeed in this role, you need fluent Finnish, Swedish, and English language skills. We expect you to have a strong technical orientation and an interest in mastering Densiq’s product families and business.
