1. What is a good application like?

A good application is clear and accurately filled. The application contains your the most relevant work history regarding the position you have applied for and your educational background. If you wish, you can also attach your CV or cover letter to the application.

2. How do I know that my application has been registered?

You will receive an e-mail when we have received your application. If you did not receive an e-mail, check your folders for spam or promotions.

3. Can I update my application after submission?

Yes you can. When you have submitted your application, you will receive a link into your e-mail that allows you to edit your application while it’s still valid.

4. How can I find out more about the job?

If the job advertisement has mentioned a contacting e-mail or phone number, you can be in contact with them.

5. Do I need to fill a new application to every position of interest?

Yes, we recommend that you direct your application to each position individually.

6. How long will my application be valid?

Your application is valid until the end of the application period.

7. How will I know how the recruitment process is going?

We invite the most suitable applicants for an interview by phone or e-mail. We will notify all applicants by e-mail of the progress of the search.

8. Can I apply for a job if I do not speak the Finnish language?

Yes. Even if most of our job advertisements are in Finnish, you can fill the application form in English as well. Choose Kieli / Language in the upper right corner of the application form to change its language.

9. What types of official documents are required for work?
